Mt. Giluwe Eco Tourism Services is a locally owned and operated tourism initiative based in the Tambuil District of the Western Highlands Province. Managed by Mr. Edward Tama, the service provides guided trekking, cultural immersion, and nature-based experiences around Mt. As hosts of Mt. Giluwe, it is our primary tour destination for all visitors and guests. We offer two main tour options and can also assist with extended trips to Hela, Enga, and Southern Highlands. Our core tours currently operate across Western Highlands, Jiwaka, Simbu (Chimbu), and Eastern Highlands.

The Highlands Grand Adventure Package

Wantok Tours offers a richer multi-province experience, covering five iconic Highlands destinations across Western Highlands, Jiwaka, Simbu (Chimbu), and Eastern Highlands.

Travel Route:

• Start: Port Moresby → Mt. Hagen (via Air Niugini or PNG Air)

• Arrival: Kagamuga Airport (Mt. Hagen)

• Tour Path: Western Highlands → Jiwaka → Chimbu → Eastern Highlands

• End: Goroka Airport → Port Moresby
